Launched in Bucks County with plans to expand statewide, our mission is to provide families with a single, accessible resource hub.We created Horizons to Hope to address the critical needs of families raising children with developmental disabilities and mental illnesses. These families often face fragmented care systems, long waitlists, and a lack of centralized information—barriers that increase stress and delay essential interventions.
