Sometimes we know we should be feeling grateful cuz the feeling of gratitude can really help us create more reasons to be grateful, right?  (In other words, tapping into gratitude can bring more of the stuff we’re wanting into our reality!) 

But it can be hard to get to that space sometimes– especially if we’re going through a tough time or even if we’re keeping a regular, everyday, can’t-miss-it gratitude list or we’re invited to something like a ’21-Days of Gratitude’ event on Facebook where we have to come up with (and share with the world!) a bunch of reasons we’re thankful.

All of that is well and good and can really help speed up the manifestation process but if you’re like me, you can’t always jump into that thankful place right on the spot.  So I made you a quick video to help in those times when you’re not connecting with the genuine feeling of gratitude  — Enjoy!
